Documentation

Welcome to the Sonovis Media documentation. Learn how to craft compelling video stories using the Director.

Getting Started

The Director Pipeline

Sonovis uses a two-phase rendering pipeline to give you full control over your final output:

  1. Phase 1 (Drafting): You provide a script, and the Director breaks it down into scenes, generates narration audio, and creates visual sketches.
  2. Phase 2 (Review & Edit): You can review the storyboard, tweak AI visual prompts, and re-roll images you don't like.
  3. Phase 3 (Compiling): Once you are satisfied, click export to render the final HD MP4 video.

Credits & Billing

Understanding Micro-Credits

We use a pay-as-you-go micro-credit system so you only pay for what you generate.

  • Generating a book: ~10 credits on average. It scales based on script length.
  • Free Re-rolls: You get 1 free image re-roll per 5 pages of your book.
  • Extra Re-rolls: Cost 3 credits per image.

Art Styles

When creating a new project, you can select from various art styles. The Director automatically tunes the visual prompts to match the aesthetic you choose.

  • Antique: Vintage watercolor and ink sketches on textured paper.
  • Sketch: Detailed black and white graphite cross-hatching.
  • Modern: Sharp, vibrant digital art illustrations.
  • Toddler: Bright, flat vector illustrations perfect for children's books.
